Our story
Repairs Handled Like It's Their Own Car
Excellence Auto Body Shop is a collision repair shop in Ontario where the team treats every vehicle, and every customer, like a priority. Whether it's a cracked bumper or a car damaged badly enough to be declared a total loss, the shop walks owners through the process and keeps them in the loop from drop-off to pickup.
That care shows up in the small things too. One customer came in for front-end damage and left with part of her hood repainted at no extra charge, because the team wanted the car to look right, not just fixed.
Customers who've been in accidents, dealt with insurance, or needed a fast turnaround keep coming back and sending friends and family in the door.
- Direct communication with the owner throughout the repair
- Handles insurance total-loss assessments
- Bumper repairs turned around in days
- Extra touch-up work done at no added cost
What customers say
“I'm honestly so thankful for Martin and his work. I went in to fix the front of my car, and it ended up being more than I initially expected, but he truly went above and beyond and even painted part of my hood at no extra cost. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers, which is rare to find.”
“When I first met up with the man himself Brandon I knew I wasn't going to be disappointed. Just a few weeks later I get a call with the best news telling me he had totaled the car. I gave him a call brought my car in and in 10 DAYS he was able to finish my car. I couldn't have been more happier to see my car finished and in its perfect shape again.”
“I had an accident in which my vehicle was very damaged just before a planned vacation. Brandon helped me start to finish and at an amazing price. I was able to drop my car off and come home to a fully ready and repaired vehicle.”
